General Conditions of Sale of the accommodation service at Bed Bike Breakfast

The accommodation is provided by me, Francesco Motta who carries out Bed & Breakfast activities in a non-entrepreneurial form, the accommodation is registered with the Municipality of Rome, the Lazio Region, the Ministry of Tourism CIN code IT058091C1MQ5X4XEC (tel +39 3356187178 email [email protected]).

The service provided is accommodation in the Green room or in the Blue room or in the independent apartment, located in Via dei Conciatori 9, and includes in addition to accommodation in the room the full use of the common areas, kitchen, living room, and the breakfast meal provided in self-service form.

The prices indicated do not include extras in addition to the final cleaning of 20 euros.
The total price must be paid upon arrival, in cash, by bank transfer, or Paypal.
The tourist tax of 6 euros per day per person must be added to the price.

We guarantee the possibility of canceling the reservation up to 24 hours before check-in at 14:00 (2pm) with a full refund of the amount, after this deadline the expected payment is the total of the reservation, unless you want to reduce this penalty in case of renting the accommodation.
